Stock Plan Summit 2019 is an exclusive event where you will have the opportunity to Discover innovative and new solutions, Collaborate with peers and Fidelity leaders, and hear from visionary speakers who are Transforming the industry.
The dress code for all Summit events is casual. Khaki pants or dress jeans and collared shirts or equivalent are recommended. The temperature range for Austin in April/May is from a high of 84 degrees to a low of 63 degrees. We advise you to bring layers of clothing to help accommodate a range of temperatures in and outside the hotel and meeting rooms.
May I transfer my Summit invitation to a colleague?
You have been hand-selected to attend this year's Summit and your invitation is unique to you. Should you want to include someone else from your organization, please contact your Fidelity Managing Director.
What expenses will Fidelity cover for this Summit, and what will I be responsible for?
There are no registration fees to attend Stock Plan Summit 2019. While at the Summit, Fidelity will cover all of your meals during conference hours (this does not include incidentals you purchase, either on or off of the hotel property).
As a Client Advisory Board Member, Fidelity will cover the cost of your round-trip economy airfare, arrange for ground transfers between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and The LINE Austin Hotel, and a one-night stay at the hotel over the program dates.
What if I want to extend my trip?
You may extend your stay at The LINE Austin Hotel. The contracted room rate starting at $269 per night is available three days pre- and post-event, based on availability at the time of request. The deadline for this exclusive room rate is Friday, April 5, 2019.
Am I required to stay at The LINE Austin Hotel?
Fidelity has contracted an attractive hotel rate during the Summit starting at $269 plus taxes and service fees per night. However, if you would like to stay at another hotel, you are welcome to do so. Please note that all Summit sessions will take place at The LINE Austin Hotel, and, unfortunately, transportation will not be provided from other hotels.
Will Stock Plan Summit 2019 offer any continuing professional education credits?
Some sessions will qualify as continuing education for Certified Equity Professionals. See your program guide for sessions that qualify, and log your CEP CE in to your MyCEP account at scu.edu/business/cepi.
