Fidelity Investments has negotiated a special rate at The LINE Austin Hotel of $269, plus taxes and service fees per night, for single or double occupancy for Stock Plan Summit 2019. The deadline to secure this room rate is Friday, April 5, 2019, pending availability.
To receive this special rate, please reserve your room by contacting the hotel at 512-478-9611 and reference "Fidelity Stock Plan Summit.” Fidelity will cover the cost of hotel accommodations for a one-night stay, during the program dates of April 29-May 2, 2019. We will cover the cost directly with the hotel, and this will be reflected on your final bill.
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to notify the hotel at 512-478-9611 of your cancellation will result in a penalty charge of one night's room rate plus tax.
Check-in is at any time after 3:00 PM and checkout is at 12:00 PM. Guests arriving before check-in will be accommodated as rooms become available. The bell captain can arrange to store luggage for those arriving early and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
There is no on-site self-parking at the hotel, but there are parking garages nearby. Valet parking at the hotel is available for $39 per day.

If you've selected within the registration site that you will require ground transportation, Direct Travel will provide Fidelity with your flight itinerary, and we will then confirm your ground transfers between the hotel and the airport. A full, detailed confirmation with instructions regarding pickup at the airport and departure from the hotel will be provided prior to the Summit.
